Welcome to my Web page. My name is Johanna Dubyak and I have been practicing medicine in obstetrics and gynecology since 2004. I look forward to working with you to care for your health.
Biography
I completed my undergraduate studies at UC San Diego, medical school at UC Irvine, and residency at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Medical Center. I worked in private practice for four and a half years, and then received the wonderful opportunity to rejoin the Kaiser Permanente family.
About my practice
I am a hospitalist at Kaiser Permanente Orange County. Working exclusively with members who have been admitted to the hospital allows me to focus on the inpatient experience, assisting members with their immediate needs. Labor and delivery offers me the wonderful opportunity to welcome new little ones into the world and guide families through the incredible journey.
How I thrive
It is always a challenge to find balance in work and play, but I find my center as an active triathlete, completing an Ironman and multiple marathons. As I meet other athletes in their 50s, 60s, and 70s, I am inspired to keep going and reminded of the value of a healthy lifestyle.
