Biography

I was born in India, but I grew up in Maryland. I received my bachelor's degree in biochemistry from the University of Maryland. I went to medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri. I did my residency in Columbus, Ohio.

About my practice

I'm an Ob/Gyn hospitalist—my practice is based on obstetric and gynecologic care in the hospital. I deliver babies, take care of the postpartum and gynecology members, see members in the Emergency Department, and do surgeries. I love my hospital-based practice.

How I thrive

I have two wonderful children who give me joy and help me live life to its fullest. I listen to them play piano and sing. I go to their sporting events and play tennis with them. I love my job as a physician as well as my job as a mom.
