Welcome to my Web page. It is a pleasure to share some information about myself with you. I am thrilled to be a part of the division of urogynecology at Kaiser Permanente in Orange County.
Biography
I grew up in Pennsylvania and spent the early years of my life on the East Coast, attending Brown University for my undergraduate education and Johns Hopkins University for medical school. Prior to medical school, I served as a Peace Corps volunteer in the West African country of Niger. The experience convinced me of the importance of women’s pelvic health. I completed my residency in obstetrics and gynecology and subspecialty training in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at UC San Diego, where I also earned a master's degree in clinical research. I am also board certified in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery.
About my practice
I look forward to taking care of you. I have a comprehensive practice that attends to the needs of women with pelvic floor disorders, including stress urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, pelvic organ prolapse, and anal incontinence. In addition, our division is committed to advancing the field of female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery (urogynecology) through our participation in clinical research and by training future urogynecologists through our partnership with UC Irvine.
