Welcome to my Web page! I am truly fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente. I have had the privilege to take care of many wonderful patients and work with incredible colleagues in the years I have been here. I look forward to meeting you!
Biography
I'm from a small town in rural Ohio, and I had the opportunity to attend medical school and residency there. After completing my training, I moved to Southern California as I have always loved the beach! My husband, two children, and I may be found riding our bikes on the beach path or enjoying those waves. We feel really blessed to live here. Our family is also involved in activities at our church.
About my practice
I work in a wonderful group practice. This means that when I am not there to help you, one of my colleagues will be! There is an extraordinary team of nurses consisting of an RN, LVN, and MA-each there to assist you.
How I thrive
What I have shared with many of my patients over the years is what I practice; prayer and exercise, in that order, helps keep me at peace. I enjoy Bible study and listening on the radio to some of the great Bible teachers. Staying active with my family is fun! We like to walk, ride our bikes, and work out.
