About me
Welcome to my Web page! I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my work. I am an obstetrician and gynecologist who has been with Kaiser Permanente since 2001. I am the assistant chief of obstetrics and gynecology for the Southern California Permanente Medical Group in Orange County. I feel fortunate to be able to work at Kaiser Permanente both as a clinician and as an administrator who is working to make our organization the best health care delivery system in the country, if not the world.
Biography
I am originally from the East coast, where I did my education and training. I have also had the opportunity to practice academic medicine as an attending physician at both the University of Miami and the University of Arizona. These were great places but the Kaiser Permanente Medical Group in sunny Southern California is the best!
About my practice
I feel that healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy, but I'm also here to help you when you are sick. I want to be your partner in health, and it helps me better care for you when you are actively involved in taking care of your health. I feel very honored that members have entrusted me with their care and strive to treat them as I would my own family.
How I thrive
Keeping balance in my life is very important to me along with remembering what's really important in life. I believe that diet, exercise and healthy living are extremely important. I try to exercise every day of course and my best form of exercise is chasing around my three-year-old twins!
