Hello and welcome to my webpage!
I am an obstetrician and gynecologist with interest and special training in minimally invasive (laparoscopic) surgeries. Providing honest, up-to-date, and evidence-based care for my patients in addition to training the future generation of health care providers is my life's passion.
Biography
I was born, raised, and graduated from medical school in Iran where I practiced as a family physician for 5 years. I immigrated to the United States almost 20 years ago to continue my education and pursue my dream of being an OB/GYN specialist.
About my practice
My practice covers a full spectrum of women's healthcare including high-risk pregnancies, labor, deliveries, and gynecologic surgeries with an accomplished skillset of minimally invasive techniques.
My fellowship training in pelvic surgery at Lahey Clinic has given me the needed ability and confidence to approach and surgically treat the complex female pelvic pathologies in both open and the most advanced laparoscopic/robotic techniques.
I strive to incorporate the most outstanding, scientific, and modern developments in a full range of obstetrics and gynecology patient care.
How I thrive
Being a good father and physician at the same time is my passion and goal.
I believe my success through my life is due in large part to the fine balance between my family and my career. I am married to my wonderful wife who has encouraged me at each turn, and I have two terrific sons who keep my world and priorities in perspective.
