About me

Biography

I moved to Southern California from Arizona when I was in high school and immediately knew that this was where I belonged. I obtained my BS in biochemistry and cellular biology from UC San Diego, and I remained at UC San Diego for another 4 years for medical school. Afterward, I completed my residency at George Washington University in Washington, DC, and immediately moved back to California, at which time I joined the Kaiser Permanente family in 2015.

About my practice

I am primarily a hospitalist at Kaiser Permanente in Orange County. The majority of my time is spent caring for women who have been admitted to the hospital for urgent obstetric or gynecologic needs. I value the connection, communication, and the relationship established during these times with.

How I thrive

I thrive when I find a balance between work, exercise, and spending time with my friends and family. Yoga and Pilates keep me centered and my body moving. Most of all, I love spending time outdoors with my wonderful husband and son.
