Welcome to my Web page. Let me take this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you a little about my practice.
Biography
I grew up in Los Angeles and loved it. But when the opportunity arose to make a change and become more independent I took it. I travelled across the country to New York where I went to college and medical school. Then I returned to Southern California to do my training. I was in private practice for 14 years before joining the Kaiser team. I now live in Orange County with my husband who is also a Kaiser physician and my two young kids.
About my practice
I have the privilege of working in the Urgent Care office for Obstetrics and Gynecology. This is an area in which trust and communication are of the utmost importance. I feel that my duty is to inform patients and give them options so that they can make decisions that are right for them. Obstetrics and Gynecology is about caring for women through all stages of their life which really is rewarding and a privilege.
How I thrive
I feel my best when I eat right and exercise 3 times a week. I try to vary my exercise routine to stay motivated and have fun. Keeping up with my kids is also fun exercise.
