Biography
I grew up in a small town in Northern California, but have lived in sunny Southern California for almost 15 years and now call it home. I attended Loma Linda University School of Medicine and then completed my Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency in the US Navy at Naval Medical Center San Diego. After residency, I practiced as an Ob/Gyn at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton for 4 years fulfilling my military obligation. My time in the Navy was an amazing experience and I have a special place in my heart for this nation's armed forces. I moved to Orange County in 2010 when I married my husband and we now have a beautiful 1 year old daughter.
About my practice
I work with a tremendous staff at the Kraemer Medical Office to offer comprehensive care to women throughout their lives. I practice General Obstetrics and Gynecology and feel it is a privilege to help women in many areas including: maintaining health through preventive screening, the miracle of pregnancy and childbirth, and with diagnosing and treating gynecologic problems. I truly believe in The Golden Rule and daily strive to treat all my patients as I would like to be treated, which is with respect and kindness.
How I thrive
Although I absolutely love my job, I maintain balance with a strong faith, supportive family, and wonderful friends. I am a firm believer in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and believe that we are the best advocates for our own health. When not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, chasing our toddler around, and playing with our golden retriever Lexi. To stay active, I love running and sweat it out in hot yoga!
